Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shotpilot desktop application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Daniele Zotta ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Shotpilot is a desktop tool for capturing, composing, and exporting app-store screenshots from connected Android devices via ADB. Screenshots, presets, and project data are processed and stored locally on your machine; we do not receive your screenshot content.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a subscription.

3. Plans, billing, and merchant of record

Paid plans are offered on a subscription basis: Pro at €29 per seat per month and Team / Agency at €79 per month for 5 seats. A free plan is also available. Prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, billing, payment methods, invoices, and applicable taxes on our behalf. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

4. Licence

Subject to these Terms and an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the Service for your own or your organization's internal use. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
